Transaction Errors

No Refunds for Ineligible Participants

Ineligible participants (residents outside of New Mexico) who purchase an eBook with the intention of participating in the sweepstake are not eligible for a refund. The purchase of the eBook remains valid and non-refundable, as participation in the sweepstake is an additional opportunity dependent on your residency in New Mexico.

Cancellation of Monthly Subscription

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. However, early termination fees of $300 may apply. No refunds will be provided for subscription fees already paid.
